Bought shoes for a funeral at £35 with very limited tracking shown and was promised next day delivery but the delivery was delayed and may arrive within three days with no refund offered until the fourth day

I returned an item and in app and in email i was told it would be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item and now the are said they have not received it even though in app it stats received and signed for and tell me my refund may take two months to resolve
