Why is it that Fast X and the other ones were free to watch on the Amazon channel and now they are charging for them! TOTAL RIP OFF AND THEY CHARGE A SUBSCIPTION!!!

I bought a tv and since we had it there…

I bought a tv and since we had it there was a clicking noise and it kept going off, they took it away and returned it. Still doing the same thing, terrible product, I will not be buying anything electrical again on Amazon, they will not send a replacement only offer to send someone to try and fix, although they already had it in for repair. Customer service will not listen to my argument that its faulty and not fit for purpose

Customer service is at an all time low

Smashed delivery. Refunded without agreement after 30 mins in chat after first agent timed out the chat . Told re-order at a higher price. This combined with deliveries left on doorstep in full street view, single orders in several deliveries have made me cancel my prime. Now I’m m using them as an absolute last resort.

Amazon in Norwich getting worse

Amazon uk based in Norwich should fire one of their lazy, incompetent delivery drivers. On the wettest day of the year, with extreme weather warning in the news, they delivered two parcels outside the front door despite there being a large parcel box, clearly labelled right beside the front door. No attempt to ring the doorbell. Please send me an email address so I can send you photographic proof.

My experience is very bad, My little doughter purchase some toys approximately price is higher then other markets. By the way we are bought this toys, after received parcel after 9 days payment upfront also. All toys is locally not branded. So we are give him negative reviews.

I GOT SCAMMED!!

I ordered two kurta and payjama from Amazon. First of all it takes too much time to deliver. But the problem is that Amazon sent only 1 pyjama,, not a kurta. Then we complained back on Amazon, but their customer service is worse than their delivery it takes more than one month to solve my problem. They didn’t send any other kurta in return for previous one.

Quality of products decline

The quality of products I have purchased from China is low. I have noticed a decline in quality of numerous items particularly for past 18 months. It is becoming harder to find branded products. It’s a shame as Amazon initially supplied quality products.

Again not getting my item by date promised. Tracking does not even show where it is. Whenever you see “Package left the shipper facility” without time or location that means they are lying about promised delivery date. How I know? It happened to me too many times and I caught on.
Paying for Prime membership is just stealing $$$ from suckers. Hope they get another lawsuit.

Worst experience ever in the US with this company. First purchase, a carry-on luggage, waiting 2 days in the appartment I have rented here for vacations, so wasted 2 vacation’s days, then I purchased a Stanley thermo, now selected a pick-up point, magically same thing, “we apologise, bla bla”.. Customer have to be compensated because of this kind of things.

i canceled my prime membership last month and they still charged me for another month.
i contacted costumer support for a refund and the agent and the team leader did not know basic knowledge bases.
the costumer support is beyong attroucious, last year when i had the same problem they processed the refund in 5minutes.

We've made countless purchases we've made from Amazon over the years. Amazon was our first go-to, but in more recent times we've been shying away from them and shopping elsewhere. One thing Amazon is good for doing is promising Free Same Day Delivery if you spend X-amount of dollars on qualifying merchandise. So, we bit the hook and they weren't able to live up to their promise of Same Day Delivery. Basically, their mouth is writing checks their *** can't cash.
Losing Faith in Amazon
Amazon buyers beware of purchasing electronics on Amazon, such as stereo components. It takes Amazon 30 days AFTER receiving these returned items to process the return and issue a refund. All reputable dealers of electronics (Crutchfield, Music Direct, Best Buy, etc.) issue refund payments within 1 business of receiving a returned item.

Amazon Prime used to be a guarantee of good quality, but now it's been utterly flooded by Chinese sellers with low quality crap Chinese products. The couriers too used to be respectful and take care of your products now they are just rude and aggressive and just sling your packages over your 7 foot garden fence into a muddy puddle, or dump them on your front door step or hand them to neighbours you don't even know and then log it on the system as "handed to resident". Utterly disgusting and no matter how many time you report and complain about this disgusting service to their customer support who is some ultra low paid call centre slave from Bombay with their fake escalations they just don't give a dam and nothing ever changes. I've been with Amazon prime for 20 years and finally dumping them. And they have the gall to charge you £100 a year for this utterly appalling service. Don't talk to me about Prime Video either.. all old rubbish you find for free online.
