Amazon rubbish AGAIN
Why are Amazon allowing rubbish items sold on there app?
Cheap Chinese crap now having to mess about sending back.
Royal mail not turning up to collect item and no code given to take to post office.
Shame you cannot give no stars because one is too many.

Again not getting my item by date…
Again not getting my item by date promised. Tracking does not even show where it is. Whenever you see “Package left the shipper facility” without time or location that means they are lying about promised delivery date. How I know? It happened to me too many times and I caught on.
Paying for Prime membership is just stealing $$$ from suckers. Hope they get another lawsuit.

Worst experience ever in the US with Amazon…
Worst experience ever in the US with this company. First purchase, a carry-on luggage, waiting 2 days in the appartment I have rented here for vacations, so wasted 2 vacation’s days, then I purchased a Stanley thermo, now selected a pick-up point, magically same thing, “we apologise, bla bla”.. Customer have to be compensated because of this kind of things.

i canceled my prime membership last month and they still charged me for another month.
i contacted costumer support for a refund and the agent and the team leader did not know basic knowledge bases.
the costumer support is beyong attroucious, last year when i had the same problem they processed the refund in 5minutes.

Amazon is getting from bad to worse each day. They don’t have any clue of what they are selling and whether the products are getting delivered at all on time. Reaching their customer care directly is next to impossible. It’s too sad to see a company like Amazon providing such pathetic service

Losing Faith in Amazon
We’ve made countless purchases we’ve made from Amazon over the years. Amazon was our first go-to, but in more recent times we’ve been shying away from them and shopping elsewhere. One thing Amazon is good for doing is promising Free Same Day Delivery if you spend X-amount of dollars on qualifying merchandise. So, we bit the hook and they weren’t able to live up to their promise of Same Day Delivery. Basically, their mouth is writing checks their *** can’t cash.

Amazon buyers beware of purchasing electronics on Amazon, such as stereo components. It takes Amazon 30 days AFTER receiving these returned items to process the return and issue a refund. All reputable dealers of electronics (Crutchfield, Music Direct, Best Buy, etc.) issue refund payments within 1 business of receiving a returned item.

Rude staff don’t care about customers
I returned an item and in app and in email i was told it would be refunded within 14 days of receiving the item and now the are said they have not received it even though in app it stats received and signed for and tell me my refund may take two months to resolve Absolute joke and the staff are rude and disrespectful and don’t care about customers

Scammers
Scammers Where do they get the idea that they can charge a card that is no longer in the wallet. No customer service. Just stupid FAQs and you go round in circles. Absolute scammers.

Once was a great place to shop. Now theyve become predatory sharks. Claiming their driver delivered package when they did not. Bye A hello Wally. Wow walmart never looked so good.
