Ordered a keyboard from Amazon today as I needed it urgently and I was told it will arrive in 2 days. After I placed the order I see the item will arrive sometime in October. Cancelled immediately and I am being told the seller (in China probably) needs to consider when and if they are refunding me.
I am just not believing this. What a scam Amazon has become.
This has been my last order with this shameless retailer ever.
I am reading tons of complaints that make my hair go up, and can’t believe that Amazon is still on the market.

Just took a delivery from Amazon that was left at my front door. The package was VISIBLY, BADLY DAMAGED, at both ends and, of course, as a result some of the contents were missing. Customer service has agreed to send a replacement for the entire order free of charge with no return required, but after seeing the pictures, they, like me, were surprised that the driver even bothered to deliver the package is was so OBVIOUSLY badly damaged!
I guess common sense isn’t required to be an Amazon delivery driver, LOLOL?

£8.99 a month for crappy Jason Statham movies and being charged for anything decent!! Moving to Netflix ASAP!!

Failing Prime next day. Last 2 orders that were Prime next day, were late 1-3 days. It’s no longer worth paying for Prime to guarantee deliveries. Local depots are incompetent and drivers are lazy.

Hold people refunds by stating 5 to 7 days disgusting treatments. If u not prime customer over charge deliver price . These need to be boycott most of there stuff are cheap and nasty no integrity to there loyal customers. They deliver drivers dump parcel any where than hand to customers it very frustrating when you contact amazon all you get is sorry for the inconvenience caused plus they think there above consumer law in United kingdom they employ cowboys who can’t speak English it a joke how these have stuffed our high street shop. Another let down by Amazon, 2 sets of drawers with missing parts and the wrong instructions. Amazon are useless and I will NEVER be buying from them again

My order company used Amazon as their courier and I didn’t receive any tracking or a day when my parcel was being delivered. The driver knocked on my door, walked away and drove off before I could get to the door! My parcel now says it’s unable to send back to sender and I can’t get hold of anyone to find where my parcel is!
